Juicy tomatoes meet crusty bread in these Spanish tapas, offering a burst of Mediterranean flavors.

Infused with garlic and olive oil, they’re a stress-free mix of simplicity and taste that’s supreme on your next gathering.

Makes 12 tapas


  1. Wash and dry the tomatoes and reduce them in half of crosswise. Frivolously toast the slices of bread.
  2. Rub the bread with the reduce facet of the garlic, then rub it with the tomato halves, reduce-facet down. Press down firmly to lend a hand launch the juices and among the well-known pulp.
  3. Drizzle generously with olive oil, sprinkle with fleur de sel, and add just a few grinds of fresh pepper.
  4. Again lawful away.
