Juicy tomatoes meet crusty bread in these Spanish tapas, offering a burst of Mediterranean flavors.
Infused with garlic and olive oil, they’re a stress-free mix of simplicity and taste that’s supreme on your next gathering.
Makes 12 tapas
- Wash and dry the tomatoes and reduce them in half of crosswise. Frivolously toast the slices of bread.
- Rub the bread with the reduce facet of the garlic, then rub it with the tomato halves, reduce-facet down. Press down firmly to lend a hand launch the juices and among the well-known pulp.
- Drizzle generously with olive oil, sprinkle with fleur de sel, and add just a few grinds of fresh pepper.
- Again lawful away.
