Dana Carvey’s Son Dex Carvey Dull at 32

Dana Carvey‘s family is in mourning. 

His 32-yr-outdated son Dex Carvey died on Nov. 15 on account of an accidental drug overdose, the comic shared on Instagram.

“Closing night we suffered a hideous tragedy,” he and wife Paula Zwagerman wrote in a joint divulge Nov. 16. “Dex packed a lot into those 32 years. He become extraordinarily talented at so many things—music, artwork, movie making, comedy—and pursued all of them passionately.”

The couple—who also share son Thomas Carvey, 30—persevered in their tribute, “It’s no longer exaggeration to bid that Dex cherished existence. And whereas you had been with him, you cherished existence too. He made all the pieces stress-free. However most of all, he cherished his family, his guests and his girlfriend, Kaylee.” 

After noting they’ll miss their son “without end,” the pair ended by announcing that others fighting addiction are in their “hearts and prayers.”
